CAN I PAY ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE?
You most certainly can! All you need to do is complete the online as usual and then select the LOCAL PICKUP option. Your order will then be packed and put aside for pick up.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you have any issues with your product simply call or email us + one of the team will help you out.  Any faulty products can be replaced or refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, simply come in store or send it via post. If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of postage. We will also do exchanges if you purchase the incorrect size, we do NOT refund for the wrong size purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns based on a change of mind – but you’ll definitely love what you’re getting!

DO YOU ALLOW ITEM HOLDS?
Unfortunately we do not do item holds; however, we do have Afterpay and layby options available.

DO YOU HAVE LAYBY?
We sure do! Laybys last for 10 weeks and we require a 20% deposit on the day.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS WHEN THEY SELL OUT?
If the product is still available for us to purchase then we sure will!

You can find us on Ocean Street in Maroochydore.. Come in, have a look and meet the lovely Portia, Gabby or Sam!

HOW DO SIZES WORK?
Because we buy from so many different brands, we don’t have a size chart that can apply to all of our clothing. Below are links to size charts from our current designers. If you have any issues with sizes, we do accept returns and exchanges (if the size you need is available).

Orders under $200.00 will be subject to shipping fees based on location. Any order that comes to a value equal to or over $200.00 will receive free shipping!

If your order is $200.00 or more, you must manually select the FREE SHIPPING option at the checkout.
